NON-RETRACTABLE SYSTEMS
– JWI 80.N – Aluminum Non-Retractable Louvres
– JWI 80.N – Cedar Non-Retractable Louvres
This louvre system can be ordered with operable (Motorized) blades or fixed. The 80mm aluminum blades are attached to a series of vertical mullions and are ideal for controlling light entering the building through windows, skylights or outside areas. Available in an Anodised finish as well as a large range of Powder Coat colours.
The JWI 80.NO Operable Non-Retractable Louvre System consists of 2.0mm thick extruded aluminium blade in anodised or powder coated finish (custom colours and warranties available). The louvre blades are fixed to a range of extruded stringer assemblies via black UV stabilised inserts and louvre clips.
The louvre panels can be controlled either manually or with electric drives. Electric drives can be linked to environmental sensors which automatically adjust the louvres to changing conditions and can also be integrated into complex Building Management Systems (BMS).
We also offer the 80.N range in a fixed configuration - JWI 80.NF. Both JWI 80.NO and JWI 80.NF systems are also available in a 80mm wide by 6mm thick Western Red Cedar blade.
JWI louvre systems are used for the following reasons: sun control, privacy and ventilation on windows, glass roofs/ skylights, facades, balconies, etc.
JWI louvre systems enable properties to conform to the requirements set by the Building Sustainability Index (BASIX).
As with all JWI products, the systems are designed to project specific requirements.
JWI Louvres have been manufactured and installed in Australia since 1985.
