From the architect: Perched high on Collaroy Plateau’s escarpment, Eagle’s Nest sits unencumbered by neighbours to enjoy stunning 270 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Narrabeen + Collaroy beaches, Narrabeen lagoon, Bilgola Plateau + Pittwater’s Western Foreshores in the periphery. The top floor plate is rotated to north to harness optimum solar access + the framing of views for an intimate experience that juxtaposes the expanse of the main level’s floor to ceiling glazing. Designed from the outset to seamlessly integrate the stringent BAL FZ (Flame Zone) protection devices; Eagle’s Nest is considered, robust, bold + striking from every vantage point.
